Several FinnCERES contributors were recognized in the last FinnCERES Flagship meeting of the year.
For communication efforts, Nina Pulkkis was awarded for her outstanding event management and video productions, and Heidi Henrickson for her priceless efforts in proofreading and composing news items.
For scientific merits, Ilona Leppänen was recognized for her contributions in the microplastics research team, and for her helpfulness and enthusiasm in making the project video. Katja Heise was recognized for two excellent review papers and receiving 3-year AoF PostDoc funding to study symbiosis between multicomponent reactions and pickering emulsions for advanced nanocellulose modification.
Additionally, the FinnCERES Team wants to express its gratitude by recognizing Jani Lehto for his efforts in the Executive Team.
